The Directorate of FMWR manages and operates all of Fort Drum's Family and Moral Welfare and Recreation Programs. Included in FMWR are the Community Recreation Division, the Child and Youth Services Division, Army Community Service Division, the Business Operations Division, the Financial Management Division, the Marketing Division, and the Services Branch. Collectively, the dedicated employees of these offices bring the Fort Drum Community a wealth of programs, activities, facilities and services to enhance the their quality of life.
