The Directorate of FMWR manages and operates all of Fort Drum's Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation Programs. Included in FMWR are the Community Recreation Division, the Child, Youth and School Services Division, Army Community Service Division, the Business Operations Division, the Financial Management Division, the Marketing Division, and the Services Branch.
