Group Exercise Class Descriptions:

AQUA-FIT: This low impact head-to-tow workout is good for beginners or the seasoned fitness enthusiast. It is a great alternative to your regular work allowing you to expose your muscles to a whole new stimulus.
AQUA-TONE: Give your joints a break! This low impact class provides a full body workout one muscle group at a time. Our well trained lifeguards keep it fun, and get creative while utilizing the resistance of the water and other equipment to melt calories off your body.
AQUA ZUMBA: This is your opportunity to try Zumba without the stress of gravity. This combination of Zumba and water aerobics will be sure to have you begging for more.
BELLY DANCING:  This full body conditioning class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance by utilizing weighted body bars.
CORE:  This full body conditioning class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance by utilizing weighted body bars.
CARDIO FIT: Challenge your fitness without pounding your joints. This low-impact cardiovascular workout is sure to make you sweat.
CARDIO PUMP:  Push yourself without pounding your joints. This low-impact cardio workout will tone you up.
HIGH-LOW: This class is a dynamic mixture of high and low impact moves that will allow you to burn calories and tone muscles.
H20 BLAST: This high energy class provides an intense full body workout in the comfort of the water. Twist up your schedule with an array of different routines designed to sculpt and define your muscles.
POWER ZUMBA: If you can’t find the time to exercise this class is for you! This half hour, lunch time class will take Zumba to the next level.
SPIN: The original and most popular group cycling class. There is no better way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors, and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been so fun.
SPIN SCULPT: The original and most popular group cycling class combine with toning exercise that will get you ready for the beach.
YOGA:  A dynamic fusion of exercise and gentle Yoga stretching.
YOGA-SCULPT:  Is a unification of Yoga and sculpting exercise will help you work toward total mind and body harmony while building strength, endurance and flexibility.
ZUMBA: Fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. NO COORDINATION REQUIRED.
ZUMBA TONING: Ditch work and join the party! This class is 30 minutes of fun, during your lunch hour. This class allows you to experience high intensity Zumba and still be able to make it back to lunch after your workout. Learn the basics of Bachata, Cumbias, Regeton and Quebraditas. NO COORDINATION REQUIRED.
