"Serving Warriors and Families in Transition"

The Soldier and Family Assistance Center strives to provide a supportive environment and prompt response for the following three priority Groups as they deal with the stress and uncertainty of injury and the effects of war in support of the Army Medical Action Plan.

  • Soldiers and Family Members assigned to the 3/85th Mountain Infantry Battalion (Prov.)

  • Family Members who remain in our area while their Warrior heals elsewhere.

  • Family Members of our Fallen Warriors.

The SFAC provides services on-site, brings forward services on a part-time basis, and establish priority appointments on behalf of Warriors and their Family Members.

Our team of professionals are here ensure that our Warriors and Family members in Transition are treated to the best services available, to reduce the confusion and stress of this transitional aspect of Army life.
