Temporary
lodging is available at The Fort Drum Inn.
Permanent change of station and Temporary Duty reservations may
be made up to six months in advance by calling 1-800-826-0886,
ext. 8154 or 315-772-8154 or 315-773-7777. DSN prefix is
772. Unofficial travelers may make reservations two days in advance and can
get a room if space is available. Rate information is available
upon request.
This facility has 111 rooms equipped with
micro-waves, coffee makers, refrigerators,
telephones with free local calls, in-room Internet access and
cable television. Features include a laundry area, business
center, and outside playground.
The Army Lodging Staff is dedicated to
quality and customer service. They can recommend restaurants,
provide directions, and answer questions about the area.
Additional information ranging from school
bus schedules, clubs, transient-dining facilities and area maps
are available from the concierge or the front desk.
Adults must accompany children under the
age of 12 when in the facility. There is an outside play area.

Check In and Check Out Check in time is 2pm -6pm, unless reservations are secured prior to check-in with a credit card. If later than 6pm guest must call with a credit card. Check out time is 11 a.m. A later check out may be coordinated with front desk personnel or the housekeeping manager on a case-by-case basis to avoid any inconvenience to arriving guest. The Inn accepts Visa, Master, Discover Cards and American Express.
Continental Breakfast There is a continental breakfast and fresh coffee offered daily. The Fort Drum fire department prohibits personal cooking appliances in rooms, but a complimentary continental breakfast is available just off the main lobby from 6 – 9 am Monday – Friday, weekends 8 – 10 am. Snack, soft drinks and micro-wave foods are also sold at the front desk.
Housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis. Linen and personal guest amenities may be obtain at the front desk. Money, jewels and other valuables must be deposited in the safe deposit box located at the front desk; otherwise The Inn assumes no responsibility. Children under age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the facility.
Business Center The Inn provides free WI-FI in all the rooms. There are computers and a printer free of charge for our guest located off the main lobby. Children under 18 MUST be with a parent in order to use the computers.
Pets are allowed in a limited and specific Pet Rooms at the hotel, guest please call for availability. Pets are not allowed in park vehicles. For guest convenience lists of local off-post kennels and veterinary services are available at the front desk. Statement of non-availability will NOT be issued based on availability of pet rooms.
