    
Youth Sports and Fitness
Registration and Fees
Parents must register their children as CYSS members at
Parent Central Services from 8 am - 4 pm during published
registration dates and times
(CER appointments only Thursdays). Registration is Free.
The
Youth Center will be doing sports enrollment for current CYSS
members from 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
Parents may then place their child on a waiting list.
All youth registered prior to the registration cut-off date will
be placed on a team, except in situations where there are
insufficient enrollments in an age group.
Players in these leagues are entitled to a loaned uniform,
t-shirt, and a certificate of participation at the end of each
season at no additional cost.
Youth must register with CYSS to participate in most of the
programs outlined
here. The exceptions include the Watertown Minor Hockey
Association,
Watertown YMCA Blue Sharks Swim Team, Fort Drum Dolphins. These
programs
are not affiliated with Fort Drum Child Youth and School
Services, but are available to all local youth who desire to
participate.
Enroll early as space is limited for some programs.

A Team Sport Multiple Child Reduction is given to Families with
multiple children (after the first child) in the same sport,
e.g., the first child pays the full fee, with remaining children
receiving a 10% discount. This discount can not be combined with
any other discount incentives.

Discounts, for volunteer coachs'/officials' children
participating in the team sport that the parent is coaching or
officiating are authorized as follows:
Youth Sports Coach Reductions:
..........A. Volunteer Head Coaches:
...............1. May enroll all of their own children at no cost in any Category A or B ...................Sport occurring during the same playing season the parent is coaching.
...............2. Who are coaching a Category C Sport may enfoll one child at no cost ...................in that same Category C Sport. Subsequent children will recieve the 15% ...................Category C reduction.
..... ....B. Assistant Volunteer Coaches:
..............1. May enroll their first child at no cost in any Category A or B Sport ..................occurring during the same playiong season the parent is coaching and ..................subsequent children will receive a 15% reduction.
..............2. Enrollment in a Category C Sport will be reduced 15% for the Assistant ..................Coaches' child(ren) enrolling in a Category C Sport during the same playing ..................season.
Coaches that do not complete the entire season and received a
coaching discount will be required to pay the Sports Fee at the
full price.
*Coaching discounts do not apply to Indoor Soccer or Start Smart
Programs*
Child, Youth and Family Services Sports Program Refunds will be
made only in the event of a permanent change of station (PCS) or
injury prior to the first regular season game.
Refund requests must be made in person by a parent, at Youth
Services. The payment
receipt and PCS orders or doctor's statement must be presented.
